Electricity Units

The standard electrical current in Andalusia is 220-240V AC, 50 Hz.

Electrical devices from some countries may need a transformer and an adaptor.

Plugs have two round pins (European system), and you can find adaptors in any hardware shop.

In Andalusia/Spain we use the Metric (Decimal) System, with 7 basic units of measurement. This is also known as the International Unit System (SI), and governs all units of weight, measurement and distance.
