Natural Parks are natural areas, little transformed by human exploitation or occupation that, due to the beauty of their landscapes, the representativeness of their ecosystems or the uniqueness of their flora, fauna or geomorphological formations, have certain values. ecological, aesthetic, educational and scientific whose conservation deserves preferential attention.

The declaration of a space as a Natural Park is made by Decree of the Government Council of the Junta de Andalucía.
